The New Homes Consultancy (NHC) was set up specifically to help small to medium size property developers who need a sales and marketing director, but due to the number of units they deliver each year or indeed the costs involved it doesn’t warrant a full-time role.
NHC will provide a sales and marketing director on a project by project basis thus enhancing your new homes business.
NHC brings many years of experience and expertise and now specializes in providing the sales and marketing role demanded by small to medium sized property developers but at a cost you can afford.
About our Founder
Ian Crawt has over 20 years of experience within the new homes industry, and in this time he has been responsible for delivering the sales and marketing strategies for numerous schemes. He has acted for a range of clients, from private developers through to large PLCs, helping them take schemes from inception right through to completion.

The Missing Link
NHC provides the valuable link between the developer and estate agents, as well as the other third parties. These include brand and creative agencies, PR agencies, media buyers, interior designers and many more, all of whom are key in launching a new homes development.
