Design

Design layout at the outset of the scheme is imperative. If the design is not considered carefully enough at inception then the end product being sold may not always suit the market it’s being built for.
Whilst the design team may not always appreciate our comments, the suggestions provided are always given to ensure you, the developer, is optimising value throughout the entire process.
We continually increase the GDV of schemes by simply looking at the design of the units.
Specification

We will ensure the correct specification is chosen and implemented for the market place you are selling to.
NHC will speak it’s mind if it’s in the best interest of the client as we know it’s no good going along with a specification that you are not entirely happy with!
Strategy

Undoubtedly the most important part of the process. NHC will create a bespoke sales and marketing strategy suitable for your product. In addition to this we will also;
- Appoint and co-ordinate the creative, brand, design and marketing agencies
- Oversee the production of CGIs, brochures, hoarding and advertising
- Oversee the delivery of a show unit
- Co-ordinate with chosen interior designer
- Oversee the pre-and post-launch
- Liaise and be point of contact with appointed selling agents
- Process offers, paperwork and monitor the sales process
- Once sales are agreed provide relevant documentation to simplify the process
- Monitor and manage the sales process for a quick exchange
